Both the meal plan and workout program are designed to be detailed yet easy to follow in order to achieve fit and sustainable results.
The platform allows for easy communication between you and I. I am able to provide feedback on videos, pictures and questions you upload, and respond to any notes/comments you leave regarding the workout or meal plans.
Your client dashboard will keep track of all the progress you make including workout completion, food diary entries, video uploads, and progress photos.
You are also able to log the weights you use every week allowing the platform to track your progress in strength as well.
